I have a 2008 Ducati 1098 with just 5022original miles on it. This bike is in showroom condition and had been very well taken care of. There are a ton of upgrades to this bike and the new owner will not be disappointed. The list of upgrades include: -Full Ohlins Suspension dealer installed at purchase -Ohlins steering damper -Full Termi racing exhaust with shorty cans, racing ecu and k&n filter -speedymoto triple clamp -speedymoto adjustable clip ons -Sargent seat -a bunch of carbon parts including: windscreen, mirror covers, ram air covers, key guard, fuel tank guard, fuel tank side guards, rear seat cowl cover, clutch cover, sprocket cover, swing arm cover, chain guard, license plate cover, rear wheel hugger and rear under tail. Most of the parts are from the same company so they match perfectly. I hate when there are various companies carbon and all the weaves are different patterns and shades. That's why I stuck with the same company for 95% of the parts and the 2 pieces that aren't were because they didn't make them and they are very close to the other companies pattern and shade so it isn't noticeable. -aftermarket rear sets -HID lighting both low and high beam -integrated led tail light -custom Hot Hues Molten Orange Candy paint job -quick action system fuel cap -brand new aftermarket billet clutch basket with brand new pressure plate, springs and Bartlett clutch pack The bike was recently services and includes new plugs, new gel cell battery, fresh oil change with k&n filter and Mobil 1 20w-50 twin cylinder oil, chain tension adjusted with fresh chain wax and a complete detail job. All brake and clutch fluids have been converted over to dot 5 high temp silicone to eliminate any possible heat fade. This bike is immaculate!! I know the first question is why the sale. Well for starters, I have too many toys and I don't get to use this that much and the biggest reason is there is a new snowmobile I'm hot for and want to use the money from this to purchase that instead of having a loan. I also have a 1098 Streetfighter that I ride plus 2 jetskis I ride so this baby is a shelf queen mostly. The title is clean and has no leans so it can be an instant transfer for the buyer. Wed, 25 Aug 2010REIGNING MOTOGP World Champion Valentino Rossi has been out on four wheels again - this time joining his motorcycle racing buddies at Jeepers Kart track, Cattolica.The nine-time world champ, who recently announced he is to race for Ducati from 2011, was joined by Marco Simoncelli, Andrea Iannone and Mattia Pasini at the karting venue.Rossi, an accomplished racing driver, turned down an offer to move to Ferrari F1 in 2011, after impressing team bosses when he drove the squad's 2009 car in Spain.
So It Begins: Audi and Lamborghini to Appear at World Ducati Week
Wed, 13 Jun 2012Audi‘s purchase of Ducati is still waiting for regulatory approval but that hasn’t stopped the two companies from taking advantage of their impending union. Audi will make its presence known at the upcoming World Ducati Week celebrations, June 21-24 at the newly-renamed Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. The German automaker will supply a range of cars to Ducati staff and management during World Ducati Week, and show off some of its high-end models such as the S6, S8 and the Audi R8 LMS (pictured above).
Ducati Teases New 2015 Scrambler
Mon, 09 Jun 2014Ducati officially confirmed it is launching a new Scrambler model for 2015. Ducati gave its factory workers in Bologna a sneak peak of the new Scrambler prototype, but the rest of us will have to settle for the teaser image above and a video. We’ve been waiting for Ducati to reveal its new Scrambler ever since the company registered for the trademark in April 2013.
