2008 Ducati Superbike 1098 S, Up for sale is a 2008 Ducati 1098s (Sport edition). This Motorcycle has been taken better care of than a newborn baby. The body is in excellent condition and the engine is strong and crisp as the day it was purchased. Bought new from Duc Pond Motorsports all service records are up to date and done professionally by Duc Pond themselves. It currently has 7K miles and a few after market parts including a single side stand, Corsa Diablo tires, set Ohlins suspension, a Puig double bubble window and hidden taillights in the upper louvers of the tail section shown below. Ducati Expands to Argentina, Assembly Plant in Brazil Now Fully Operational
Thu, 20 Jun 2013Ducati has extended its South American operations, signing a new import and distribution agreement for Argentina. The deal follows the opening of Ducati‘s new show room in São Paulo, Brazil, and the new assembly plant in Manaus, Brazil, reaching full operation of Complete Knock Down kits of the Diavel and Monster 796. The South American expansion really kicked off last October, when Ducati established its own Brazilian subsidiary following the collapse of its previous importing partner, the Izzo Group.
2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848 MSRP Set at $12,995
Wed, 28 Sep 2011Ducati is pricing its new Streetfighter 848 at $12,995, the same price as the 2011 848 EVO and $2,000 less than the original 1099cc Streetfighter. The new 2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848 is equipped with a Testastretta Evoluzione engine similar to the one powering the 848 EVO but tuned to produce a claimed 132 hp and 69 ft-lb. (compared to the s848′s 140hp and 72.3 ft-lb.) In comparison, the 1199cc Streetfighter has a claimed output of 155 hp and 85 ft-lb.
