Bike has been services at East Side Motorsports Ducati with ONLY 2719 miles. Termignoni Exhaust Slip On, Vented Clutch Covers and springs, Ducati Performance Suede seats, Integrated tail lights, license plate holder removed and tucked in. During off season bike has been on battery trickle charger as well as fuel savor. Oil change was completed couple of months back with only 100 miles since the service. Sad to sell the bike, but don't have the time to ride it much and someone else can enjoy this beauty. Please note the Bike mileage could be up to 100 miles more than stated miles as I ride the bike just a 15 minutes every few days to keep the bike in immaculate condition.

Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Happy Bidding!

Wrooom 2012: Fun and Games for Rossi and Ducati Before Going Back to Work on MotoGP Project

Fri, 13 Jan 2012

The pressure is on Ducati and Valentino Rossi this off-season to revamp the Desmosedici for the 2012 MotoGP Championship after a lackluster 2011. But that doesn’t mean Vale et al can’t have a bit of fun at the annual Wrooom press event held jointly between Ducati‘s MotoGP team and Ferrari‘s F1 squad. Rossi took part in a pair of four-wheeled races on the frozen lake at Madonna di Campiglio where Wrooom took place.

Stoner Tops Day One of Sepang Test – Video

Tue, 28 Feb 2012

It’s been about a month since Casey Stoner last tested the Honda RC213V racebike at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit but the defending World Champion remains the man to beat, setting the fastest lap at the first day of MotoGP’s February Sepang test. Heavy rain limited teams’ testing and Stoner only completed 16 laps but still managed to set a time of 2:01.761. Stoner was the only rider to lap under 2:02, though his Repsol Honda teammate Dani Pedrosa came close with a time of 2:02.005 while completing 36 laps.

Ducati Confirms Checa For 2013, Althea Out

Mon, 29 Oct 2012

As the Ducati Factory World Superbike team finalizes its plans for the introduction of the 1199 Panigale into the series, two things are certain: 2011 champion Carlos Checa will be the team’s lead rider, and Team Althea Racing, who have worked with Ducati since 2010, will not be the team’s sponsor. The first bit of news shouldn’t be a surprise, as Checa has been helping the Bologna factory develop the Panigale since mid-year. Checa won the 2011 championship with a masterful display of domination on the 1198, a model many believed to be dated and an underdog before the season began. Details of Checa’s new contract with Ducati have yet to be released other than his role in continuing to develop the 1199 and being the team’s lead rider next year.
