Ducati Superbike description
2001 Ducati 748 Biposto with 4242 Org. miles (time capsule) Collector Quality (Re listing due to dead beat ebayer ... If you can't come up with the money, don't bid!) Purchased New in April 2002 as a leftover These bikes were selling for $13,500 NEW (I basically broke the bike in) First stage 621 miles between 6500-7000 RPM, Second stage 1553 miles up to 8000 RPM I am very meticulous with this bike and breaking it in took some discipline but it was done right, and therefore doesn't smoke as you may have seen some do. This is also a fuel injected bike. I am the orginal ADULT owner, 100% stock unmolested, never down... with all up to date services 2002 I believe was the last year for this Body style that will never get old, Its just truely beautiful This is Showroom condition, always garaged and covered... No paint fade! (this is that one) No hacking or cutting up of rear fender, Has original build stickers and yellow wax torque markings still on bolts from dealer. I would only use 1 key so as to not scratch the gas tank when starting the bike...Comes with both front and rear stands and owners manual. This bike is by no means your average Ducati, such it won't sell for the average price! It's time for it to go and I know that I'm asking a very realistic and fair price. It's not for everyone, and I understand it's for someone who can appreciate the legacy and heritage that Ducati brings. If you want to offer 5grand than go find another with 10-20 thousand miles on it. It would be hard pressed to find another bike cleaner... The next owner will not be disappointed in the prestige and performance of this icon. phone # (413)-594-four two one seven (leave a clear message) May end auction early if sold locally. Sold as is, No warranty Since l've had quite the number of calls, I added a video https://youtu.be/S_cjnsaAR6g Ignore: Honda,Suzuki,Kawasaki,Yamaha,916,998,999,749,1098 |

The photo leak has revealed the exterior of the Ducati 939 SuperSport
Sat, 15 Oct 2016Studio photographs of the more expensive S version (judging by the Öhlins suspension and forged wheels) have already leaked into the worldwide web. The engine is clearly borrowed from the Hypermotard 939, the frame and suspensions are reminiscent of those of the Monster, and the dashboard and face are reminiscent of the Panigale. All technical data will be revealed by the Italians at the very beginning of October at the Intermot exhibition in Cologne.
Ducati Hypermotard with Zero Emissions
Sun, 10 May 2015Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali was amazed by an electric bike that he saw at one of his company's Thai dealerships the other day. It turned out that the dealer sells within the walls of his center not only Ducati motorcycles, but also Zero emissions electric bikes. However, the latter didn't sell very well, and he decided to attract buyers by building a test-drive e-bike with Ducati Hypermotard looks and some Zero FX parts and reasoning that it would be easier to send a customer to the track in a Ducati, and only then transfer to Zero.
2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848 Unveiled
Mon, 12 Sep 2011Ducati revealed its new Streetfighter 848, adding a smaller-displacement version of the original 1099cc Streetfighter first introduced in 2009. The 2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848 uses an 849cc version of the 11-degree Testastretta engine first introduced with the Multistrada, which should mean a similar 15,000 mile valve inspection intervals. The design is similar to the larger Streetfighter including the dual exhausts on the right side.
