Mon, 26 May 2014Tom Sykes and Loris Baz captured a pair of one-two finishes for Kawasaki at England’s Donington Park. The first race saw the reigning World Superbike champion fight his way up from 11th place for the win while Race 2 offered a three-way battle between the two Kawasaki riders and Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli. EICMA 2012: Ducati Diavel Strada Revealed
Mon, 12 Nov 2012Ducati is introducing a new touring-oriented version of its already genre-twisting Diavel sports cruiser. Unveiled at the 2012 EICMA Show in Milan, Italy, the new Ducati Diavel Strada joins the base Diavel, the Diavel Dark and the Diavel Carbon in Ducati‘s 2013 lineup. The Ducati Diavel Strada adds a larger seat, touring windscreen, heated grips, revised rear lighting assembly, higher-output generator and two auxiliary power outlets for additional accessories.
MotoGP to Hold Official Test in Argentina; South American Nation Returning to Calendar for 2014
Thu, 11 Apr 2013Dorna Sports announced there will be a MotoGP test at Argentina’s Circuito Internacional Termas de Rio Hondo in July to allow teams to prepare for the track’s expected addition to the 2014 MotoGP calendar. Argentina was actually supposed to join the MotoGP tour this season, but the round was scrapped because of a dispute between the country and Spain after the Argentine government seized control of a Repsol subsidiary. Repsol is, of course, a prominent sponsor of several teams including Honda‘s factory team.
