2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale S, SHOWROOM CONDITION - PRICE GOOD UNTIL 11/23/2013. Supreme performance, superlative technology, magnetic personality, enthralling design: on track or on road, there’s nothing to beat the 1199 Panigale. The 1199 Panigale S is equipped with Öhlins suspension, both on the front and on the rear that features the innovative Ducati Electronic Suspension (DES). Also made by Öhlins is the adjustable steering damper. In addition, the model rolls on super lightweight forged and machined Marchesini wheels, a carbon fiber front mudguard, full LED headlights and an "Aero Kit", which consists of an additional wider fairing top-section. The 1199 Panigale S is also equipped with DTC, DQS, EBC and Power Mode combined into the Ducati Riding Modes. This model is available in standard configuration with optional ABS (country specific).

The 2012 Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO SP Corse Edition comes dressed in red, white and black colors (similar to the Pikes Peak edition Multistrada). Otherwise, the Corse Edition is mechanically similar to the 2011 Hypermotard 1100 EVO SP.

Thu, 12 Jul 2012Audi AG Chief Executive Officer Rupert Stadler addressed Ducati‘s workforce in Bologna, Italy, for the first time to address his company’s impending acquisition of the motorcycle maker. Joined by members of Ducati‘s management including President and CEO Gabriele Del Torchio, as well as Thomas Sigi, Audi’s head of human resources, Stadler met with Ducati’s entire workforce of nearly 1000 people to discuss the future of the company. The address comes after the European Union granted its blessing to the acquisition.
