The Ducati 749 is a 90-degree L Twin Desmodromic valve actuated engine sport bike built between 2003 and 2006. This bike was designed by Pierre Terblanche, who studied under the most famous motorcycle designer of all time Massimo Tamburini. I have the original service manual, and new tires. This bike shares everything with the famous 999. I have the history on the bike as well. one of 3, 2006 Ducati 749 bikes to come to Nevada. The only 1 in this state in RED. and never been laid down. Larry Pegram To Race EBR 1190RX In 2014 AMA Superbike
Mon, 20 Jan 2014Larry Pegram and Erik Buell Racing will be partnering up in 2014 to race an EBR 1190RX in AMA Superbike. This will be Pegram’s third different OEM in as many years, as he rode a Yamaha last year, BMW before that and Ducati in 2011. Supporting Pegram will be his long-time title sponsor, Foremost Insurance Group, along with EBR sponsors AMSOIL and Hero MotoCorp.

Mon, 19 Mar 2012Ducati has released a video describing the work that went into producing its Desmosedici GP12 to coincide with the MotoGP race machine’s official unveiling. The Bologna, Italy, manufacturer gave the Desmosedici a much-publicized overhaul after a disasterous 2011 season, with star rider Valentino Rossi going without a win for the first time in his Grand Prix racing career. From the post-season test in Valencia, Spain, in November to today, Ducati redesigned is race bike, with Ducati Corse General Manager Filippo Preziosi saying 90% of the parts are new.

Mon, 10 May 2010Following Joe Kopp's historic win on a Ducati in AMA flat track, alarms bells have been going off in the heads of many, "Hey why doesn't Nicky Hayden jump on the Duke flat tracker?" Well the guys at the excellent American publication Road Racer X are running an online petition and a great marketing wake-up call for Ducati to get Nicky on board the bike for the Indy Mile on August 28th. If he won, and it's a big if considering he hasn't raced flat track in a long time, Nicky would complete the AMA Grand Slam which encompasses victories in the following; half-mile dirt track, mile dirt track, short track, TT, and a Superbike race win. It's an exclusive club with only four members, Dick Mann, Kenny Roberts, Doug Chandler and Bubba Shobert.
