2005 Ducati 749S, THIS IS A 2005 DUCATI 749 S RR, GREAT CONDITION, WELL MAINTAINED, READY TO GO - The 749S Testastretta is the highest performance, middleweight Superbike Ducati has ever built, establishing a new approach and vision of the interaction between man, machine and the elements. The bike features a fully-adjustable suspension system. The front fork rake is adjustable between 23.5 and 24.5 degrees via a specially designed eccentric in the steering head – a Ducati feature that allows tuning for individual tracks or riding style. The 749S has a 748 cc Testastretta engine that supplies 116 HP at 10,500 rpm and 61 ft-lbs at 8500 rpm, allowing for maximum performance without compromising reliability.

Aye, it’s been a another good week in the world of Niall Mackenzie. My friends at Moto Direct sent me a new RST Pro Series suit to try out, I acquired some new rubber for my S10000RR and young Taylor Mac splashed home to 12th place on his Aprilia in the 125cc British Grand Prix. Being no fashion guru and pretty ancient now I’m satisfied the brightest suit I’ve ever climbed into looks the biz.

EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship

Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.
