This is a running 1964 Ducati 125TS with odometer reading 98724. The 125 TS has become one of the most popular classic Ducatis around. It is powered by a 124 cc SOHC single engine that’s mated to a four-speed transmission. Capable of 70 mph and revving to 8,500 rpm.
This bike appears to be in original condition. There are scratches, paint chippings, and surface rust throughout the bike. It is a bike that shows its age. The logo has faded on the tank along with side covers. It looks at one point someone tried to repaint parts of the tank that are noticeable. The bike has comes with plate from previous owner. The bike is in running condition, however, it DOES NOT have a key. It will also need a new battery. It is a great machine and great for a vintage show! Provisional 2012 Superstock 1000 Cup Entry List Released – Six Ducati 1199 Panigale Entries Included
Mon, 13 Feb 2012The international Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released a provisional entry list for the 2012 Superstock 1000 Cup. Though it has yet to be included on the official FIM homologation list, the 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale is listed six times, representing three different teams. The 1199 is expected to be added to the entry list this month, as homologation is all but a formality at this point for the most anticipated sportbike of the year.
2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848 Unveiled
Mon, 12 Sep 2011Ducati revealed its new Streetfighter 848, adding a smaller-displacement version of the original 1099cc Streetfighter first introduced in 2009. The 2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848 uses an 849cc version of the 11-degree Testastretta engine first introduced with the Multistrada, which should mean a similar 15,000 mile valve inspection intervals. The design is similar to the larger Streetfighter including the dual exhausts on the right side.
Colin Edwards Announces Retirement At End Of Season
Thu, 10 Apr 2014Colin Edwards has announced he will retire at the conclusion of the 2014 MotoGP season. The announcement came during the pre-event press conference ahead of this weekend’s Austin MotoGP race — Edwards’ home round. The two-time World Superbike champion cited a lack of progress from winter testing as one reason for the decision.
