2011 Ducati Multistrada 1200 S TOURING, Electronic suspension and horsepower control. Can switch between 100 HP and 150 HP and suspension settings on the fly. Very well-maintained. Scuff on hand guard, otherwise no chips, scratches, dings. This bike has always been garaged. Throttlemeister. Two seats--Ducati gel touring seat plus standard seat. Frame sliders. When I bought this, I was debating between a BMW 1200 GS and the Ducati. I bought the Ducati because of the street handling--the smaller diameter front tire makes cornering very easy. Federico Sandi Loses Ducati 1199 Panigale Superstock 1000 Ride – Again
Thu, 03 May 2012For the second time this season, Superstock 1000 Cup racer Federico Sandi has lost his ride on a new Ducati 1199 Panigale race bike. Sandi was cut loose from Liberty Racing in March after the team decided to focus its resources on a four-rider World Superbike effort. The 22-year-old racer then landed with Althea Racing, the team that captured the 2011 Superstock 1000 Cup as well as the 2011 WSBK Championship with Carlos Checa.

Bayliss has made it quite clear that he wants to race V8s as the next stage of his racing career. He allegedly turned down a multi-million dollar contract from Ducati when he decided to quit WSB.

Wed, 26 Feb 2014With the absence of Marc Marquez from the second Sepang MotoGP test, due to a broken leg suffered in a training accident, another Honda rider took his place at the top of the time sheets, though it’s not who you might think. Alvaro Bautista on the Gresini Honda set the fastest time at the end of the first day with a 2:00.848. The time is 1.3 second slower than the fastest time Marquez set at the last Sepang test.
