It has a new battery (installed Sep 2013). Comes with the Battery Tender Junior Charger - already set up on battery to keep a fresh charge when plugged in. Rear tire was changed in 2011, will need new front tire before rear. The O-ring tank recall issue on these models is already fixed for you. Previously registered in FL and CA.
