Nice 2005 Ducati MTS1000S Multistrada. Has 14, 40mis. Well maintained. Garage kept. New Pirelli Scorpion Sync tires. New brake pads all the way around. 12K mile service performed at dealer as well as all updates. Ohlins suspension front and rear. Fast by Ferracci carbon fiber exhaust system. K amp; N air filter. Includes Ducati Performance quick detach luggage with top case. Brand new color coordinated Sargent Seat. Will also include extra stock Multistrada seat and Battery Tender with pigtail. All manuals, tool kit and extra keys for motorcycle and luggage. Few minor imperfections as the motorcycle has been ridden.

Bernhard Gobmeier Replaces Filippo Preziosi as Head of Ducati Corse

Ducati has named Bernhard Gobmeier the new general manager of Ducati Corse, handing the former BMW Superbike racing director the reins to the company’s racing program. Gobmeier replaces Filippo Preziosi (pictured above) who will be reassigned to the post of director of research and development for Ducati, shifting his focus from racing to developing new products. The personnel change carries two storylines.

RANDY de Puniet may well have just been ejected from his LCR Honda RC212V MotoGP racer during qualifying for Sunday's Sachsenring GP but that ain't gonna stop him from bringing one of the company perks with him to Dr Costa's on-circuit surgery. The Frenchman crashed during qualifying after hitting oil and water spilled on track by Jorge Lorenzo's Fiat Yamaha, after it spewed its guts along almost the entire length of the start finished straight. Following the crash De Puniet was whisked away on a stretcher with a suspected broken foot.

I've never met a motorcycle dealer who isn't flat-out 24/7 and Steve Gannicott, the big cheese at George White Motorcycles, is no exception. George White's have 7 dealerships across the country and 6 outlet stores - a lot to keep on top of so Steve probably didn't need me pestering him all day but that's exactly what he got. When I managed to get hold of Steve, he was really supportive of my entry to the 848 Challenge and wanted to get behind it because George White now has a Ducati dealership.
