Ducati Multistrada description

2003   DUCATI   Multistrada   1000DS   (Dual – Spark)

First year of the fabled Multistrada by Ducati featuring a 1000cc Desmodromic Dual Spark V-twin motor.  Fully adjustable suspension and ABS braking combine to offer one of the best ‘adventure bike’ rides available wrapped in a Italian suit.  Very capable with exotic styling, glorious exhaust note and bullet-proof power from one of Ducati’s best ever.

Very original and Extremely clean.   Virtually New with 6,010 on the odometer.   Digital dash w. tach

This Multistrada has received the Ducati adjustable lowering kit so it can accommodate shorter riders.

Equipped with factory option saddlebags, Fantastic Termigogni exhaust and PSR clutch slave.

Always serviced by Ducati with extensive service file and all manuals included.

Recently refreshed with fluids changed, New brake master, New oil lines, New battery and air filter.

Only significant flaw is a rock chip in the headlight lens and the oem rear tire should be replaced soon.

Always garaged and Meticulously cared for by mature rider.

Below are two reviews of the bike when it was new followed by the bikes technical specifications.

Roland Sands-Built Ducati Desmosedici Dirt Tracker For Sale

Mon, 29 Jul 2013

For sale on Ebay right now is this controversial 2008 Ducati Desmosedici. The exact one Roland Sands turned into a dirt track racer as a very special one-off project for a friend in 2011. The “Desmo Tracker” as it’s called, is a fully road legal motorcycle featuring nothing but top-shelf parts and world-class attention to detail, as one would expect from a RSD custom.

Ducati 1199 Panigale RS13 unwrapped

Tue, 19 Feb 2013

Maybe I'm wired up wrong but these pictures of the Alstare Ducati 1199 Panigale are, to me, more exciting than the latest Sports Illustrated cover. Just look at that tight chassis, the flowing curves and those cans tucked just out of sight and then compare that to the model on the right. I know what I'd rather spend the day with.
