    This is a 2014 Ducati Monster 1200 S with 14,485 miles as of the time of listing.  The bike runs very well ( she's actually a bit nasty) and is in overall very good condition.  The bike has several addons: Ohlins steering dampener, Shift Tech carbon fiber exhaust, New front wave rotors and pads, tank protector, Radial adjustable levers, rear fender eliminator, red anodized oil filler cap, red anodized steering bar clamp, aftermarket rear sets, front fork sliders, SDV seat. Tires are in very good condition.  There is a small nick in the seat at the left rear (photo #12) and a 2 small nicks on the tank at the left front (photo #11). The only thing that the bike could use would be new grips.

The Monster 696 is a great all-around bike that is perfect for a beginner but still plenty of bike for an experienced rider.  It's lightweight and easy to handle.  It has plenty of torque to make you smile every time you crack open the throttle, but it can also be ridden as tamely as you like.  You decide; take it easy or let the Monster out and tear it up.  The handling and brakes are what you would expect from a Ducati: superb!  This one has only 674 miles on it and it is truly nearly perfect.  The footpeg mounts show a little wear from normal use and the area of the tank right above the front of the seat has some very minor scratches from being leaned on while riding.  This could be easily buffed out or covered with a tank protector.

A follow up to 2021’s SP model, the SP2 takes all the updates the Panigale V4 and V4 S received for 2022, and adds a number of upgrades to make it worthy of the “Sport Production” label and $39,500 price tag. These upgrades include carbon wheels, Brembo Stylema R calipers, MCS radial master cylinder, STM-EVO SBK dry clutch, lightened 520 chain, billet Rizoma footpegs and a matt black Winter Test livery.
