Don't know why but I'm going to sell my S4 Monster if it will sell for what I think it's worth, the S4 was the first Monster to have a 4 valve motor and Ducati picked the perfect motor being the 916 Superbike motor and the 01 02 S4 was the only 4 valve Monster with a conventional swingarm and dual mufflers. Bike was bought new by a good friend and I bought it from him and then just poured money in to it making it a really trick S4, the exhaust is a polished Ducati Performance Termignoni Titanium full exhaust, Ducati Performance/Ducati Corse ECM (have stock ECM) Ducati Performance air box conversion, Ducati Performance alloy Clutch basket and pressure plate (with new OE discs) Ducati Performance gas cap, Ducati Performance carbon fiber clutch cover, sprocket cover, side panels,radiator covers, upper rear fender, FBF bar risers, frame sliders,Sergent seat, and also added a oil cooler, bike has new sprockets and chain (14t and 39t) relocated one horn under the seat vs the real ugly two horns under the headlight, dark smoke Zero gravity windshield and I'm sure I forgot something.As far as service the valves were checked 07/07 with 5021 miles with new belts then, belts/oil/spark plugs were changed 02/13 with 8332 miles(mybe that's why I'm selling it have only ridden it 3k miles in 6 years or worse 50 miles in the last 5 months)Bike has never been crashed fallen over or any thing close to that. Bike is located in Oklahoma City and would need to be picked up in person or buyer to arrange all shipping arrangements. And yes it is FAST

Up for auction is: a 2006 Ducati S2R Dark Monster 800 motorcycle. Everything on it works as it should. This motorcycle is in very good condition, with only 7,100 miles on it. Iâ€™m the second owner, the first being a police officer. I can say with certainty that it has been well maintained its entire life. Iâ€™ve thoroughly enjoyed riding it with no complaints and no issues... It features the Ducati performance ECU, K&N air filter, bar end mirrors (stock mirrors included), CNC billot aluminum clutch and brake levers, shorten tail and the tires were purchased last season with approx. 1,600 miles on them. There is also a Nelson-Regg expandable tank bag "17-21 litres" included with the bike. The tank was recently replaced per a Ducati recall. There is no â€œred keyâ€, but it is not required to do anything beyond programming. There are very minor dings and such, as would be expected with any used motorcycle, but truly nothing notable. Iâ€™m getting up in years now with deteriorating health and therefore have no option but to sell it. There is â€œno reserveâ€ on this auction. Any questions, please ask now. I'll be 69 in October and I've decided my riding days are over. I hate to sell my bike but it's time to let it go. I bought this bike about four years ago. I've kept it in my garage the entire time I've owned it. I ride the bike every two or three weeks, about 15 miles each time. I've put a total of 1,500 miles on the bike in the four years I've had it. I've never opened the throttle all the way. Too old for that. I've never put gas with ethanol in the tank. Always ethanol-free gas. The tires are in good shape. The front tire has about 400 miles on it. The bike has a custom exhaust that the prior owner installed. The Oz wheels were installed about two years ago. They cost me $3,000. Carbon fiber everywhere. I had the valves adjusted a few months ago so you don't need to worry about that. I also replaced the timing belt when I bought it.

The bikes are merely street-legal dirt bikes without much accommodation for creature comfort. So, spending 220-ish miles flat in the saddle from Las Vegas, NV to Palmdale, CA, mostly on Interstate 15, is a platform for cataloging discomforts, and after riding approximately 360 miles, mostly off road over the two previous days, my aches-and-pains were legion.

Ducati revealed its new “Next-Gen” 803cc Scrambler lineup, featuring new styling, a new ride-by-wire throttle, a 4.3-inch TFT display, and an updated chassis. For 2023, Ducati will offer three 803cc Scramblers: the Icon, the Full Throttle, and the Nightshift. The 1100 Scrambler range will also return, unchanged, with three models: the Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro, Tribute Pro, and Sport Pro.

The Devil gains the V4 Granturismo engine Ducati announced a brand new Diavel V4, replacing the previous 1,262cc V-Twin model with one powered by its 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine. The Diavel is the latest Ducati model to go from two to four cylinders, leaving the XDiavel and Scrambler 1100 as the only two Ducati models larger than 1,000cc to remain with a Twin. It now seems likely we’ll see an XDiavel V4 for 2024, while we should get some idea of the future of the Scrambler family on Nov.

Now we know why the Panigale V4 R launch was delayed a week When Ducati revealed the 2023 Panigale V4 R last week, we raised an eyebrow when we saw its $44,995 price tag. As we noted in our First Look article, this exceed the price cap to be eligible for World Superbike racing. According to 2022 regulations, sport production machines were capped to a price of €40k, and the previous Panigale V4 R fit snugly below that price cap.

And while the model name hints at improved off-road capability, the V4 Rally’s feature list leans more for long distance travel and passenger comfort than tackling Dakar. Not that there aren’t any upgrades to make the Rally model more capable of venturing off the tarmac than existing Multistrada V4 models.
