Over 250,000 enthusiasts have already personalized their bikes, making the Monster a timeless icon. Twenty years on from its launch, Ducati has decided to celebrate this symbol of style and personality by offering up a unique model: the first--with a bronze-colored frame, chromium-plated finish and vintage Ducati '86 logo on the tank. Free practice on Saturday afternoon was fought out in over 31 degree sunshine as the riders took advantage of the three sessions available to them to learn the circuit.

The 22-year-old racer then landed with Althea Racing, the team that captured the 2011 Superstock 1000 Cup as well as the 2011 WSBK Championship with Carlos Checa.
