Audi Announces Ducati Q3 2013 Sales Results
Thu, 07 Nov 2013Ducati delivered 36,662 motorcycles worldwide over the first nine months of 2013, according to the third quarter financial report from parent company Audi. An exact year-over-year comparison is not available however, as Audi only took control of Ducati on July 19, 2012, but Audi admits demand had declined mainly due to a weak economy in key European markets such as France, Spain and Ducati’s home market, Italy. Thu, 01 Dec 2011The partnership between Ducati and Mercedes-AMG has produced some new fruit, this time a Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG inspired by the Ducati Streetfighter 848′s “Fighter Yellow” color. It’s been over a year since Ducati and Mercedes-Benz’ performance brand AMG signed a cooperation agreement at the 2010 LA Auto Show. Back in September, the two brands came together to produce the special edition Ducati Diavel AMG at the Frankfurt Auto Show.
