Ducati Supersport description

Bought in 2002 and ridden for a few years. Has been garaged since. Started last about 5 years ago, tried to start 2 years ago but needs new gas. Cranks over but battery needs replacement. There is a small ding on the tank, right side forward, not very noticeable. There are a few very small stone chips on the cowl. Overall condition is very good.
Moving on and will sell this week.

As the nine-time World Champion logs his laps on the GP12 at Italy’s Mugello circuit today, the bigger news is the other Ducati racebike sharing the track with the Doctor. According to GPOne.com, Ducati is also testing its new 1200cc Superbike, the successor to the 1198R.

Ducati Recalls Monster and Hypermotard Models for Fuel Line Flaws

Ducati is issuing a recall on its entire 2012 Monster and Hypermotard lineups due to internal cracking of fuel lines. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Ducati‘s quality control department discovered micro-cracking on the four-layer extruded fuel lines. The cracks occured on the inner surface of the line that comes in contact with fuel.
