Ducati Superbike description

Selling my 2003 Ducati 999!!! The bike is in great condition, never been down, and runs flawlessly. Several ad-ons such as full termi exhaust, ASV adjustable brake and clutch levers, brand new battery, brand new set of tires, and was fully serviced (including timing belts etc.) at 8000 miles so is good to go for a while. The bike pretty much speaks for itself but will say that you will not be disappointed. Fast, handles better than any bike I have ever been on, and of course it is a ducati superbike. That is all I got, but feel free to request any additional photos, videos, or details and I will be more than happy to help you out. I also have a full service manual for the bike and the red key. Can provide maintainence logs, etc. Thanks!! Asking for 7500 or best offer (below NADA value) and will take reasonable offers so do not hesitate to run a number by me, you never know. * this exact bike (2003 Ducati 999) won the World Superbike Championship in 2003, its performance is more than sure to satisfy even the most hardcore adrenaline junkie; You can casually ride this thing, open it up for some "inside the lines" type of fun, or you can take it to any limit you want to go. I can vouch for the factory listed specifications, 0-60mph in under 3 seconds with pulse pounding top speed but she handles better than any bike I have ever been on. The faster you go the better the bike feels, not all shaky and unstable like some of the Japanese superbikes.

The bike doesn't have a single scratch on it, is mechanically perfect, comes with several performance upgrades, lots of carbon fiber bodywork, new tires, new battery, all service up to date, etc.. As we were told by insiders at the 796 launch the Hypers are now one big happy family consisting of three members. The EVO and EVO SP are both seven kilos (15.4 pounds) lighter and five horses more powerful than the 2009 Hypermotard 1100.

Audi AG Chief Executive Officer Rupert Stadler addressed Ducati‘s workforce in Bologna, Italy, for the first time to address his company’s impending acquisition of the motorcycle maker. Joined by members of Ducati‘s management including President and CEO Gabriele Del Torchio, as well as Thomas Sigi, Audi’s head of human resources, Stadler met with Ducati’s entire workforce of nearly 1000 people to discuss the future of the company. The address comes after the European Union granted its blessing to the acquisition.
