Ducati switched to an 848 motor for the streetfighter after the 2011 model year, and they stopped producing the streetfighter as of last year. Gorgeous red motorcycle that has been taken very well care of. Only filled with Chevron premium gas, Motul oil, and fluids changed regularly and on time. The clutch pack was replaced last year, and fluids were done in the fall. Tires have about 1,500 miles on them. Upgrades: Full Termignoni carbon exhaust (with proper air filter) Racing ECU Oversized carbon fiber air intakes and a lot more All stock parts are included. Disclaimer: - Bike is located in Utah. Eric Bostrom to Race TTXGP for Brammo at Laguna Seca
Thu, 26 Jul 2012Eric Bostrom has signed on to ride the Brammo Empulse RR in the electric motorcycle race at Laguna Seca July 28-29. The race is the final stop on the TTXGP‘s North American series and a joint event with the FIM’s ePower series. The AMA racing veteran will join Steve Atlas to represent Team Icon Brammo at Laguna Seca.
Cal Crutchlow Leaves Ducati for LCR Honda
Tue, 05 Aug 2014Cal Crutchlow has signed on to race for the LCR Honda team for the 2015 MotoGP season. To make the jump, Crutchlow secured an early termination to his contract with Ducati. The switch comes as a bit of a surprise after Crutchlow had confirmed he would honor the final year of his contract at World Ducati Week.
Investindustrial to Sell Ducati
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Ducati may be up for sale again, according to a report by The Financial Times. The Italian manufacturer’s primary owner, private equity firm Investindustrial, is reportedly looking for a buyer in either the automotive industry or a rival motorcycle maker. The firm’s chairman, Andrea Bonomi, told Financial Times the time is right for finding a buyer.
