2010 streetfighter 1098s for sale. I bought this bike because I had my fifth shoulder surgery and was unable to ride my other bikes. I am getting to the point now where I can go back to riding a more aggressive seating position and I want a bike I can take to the track and crash and not feel bad about it..this bike is far to nice and rare to crash. Bike runs perfect. This bike is a couch..easily the most comfortable DUCATI I have ever ridden. the power is amazing, careful or you will be 12 oclock all the time, but that's what DTC is for... Will entertain trades for DUCATI , BMW, APRILIA , or MV superbikes or possibly a Japanese bike and cash... Carlos Checa Tests Superbike-Spec 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale at World Ducati Week
Thu, 21 Jun 2012Revellers at 2012 World Ducati Week got a surprise treat with defending World Superbike Champion Carlos Checa completing an unscheduled test of the WSBK-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale. The Althea Ducati racer has ridden the production version of the Panigale but this marked his first test of the WSBK-spec version. His maiden ride of the WSBK Panigale was supposed to take place at Mugello but instead Checa and Ducati decided to give the Ducatisti a treat at the Misano circuit for WDW.

Wed, 10 Sep 2014Pirelli’s relationship with the World Superbike Championship started in 2004 and will carry on through 2018, as the Italian company will continue to supply tires for every class of the championship. What follows is the official Pirelli press release. Pirelli has been confirmed as the Official Tire Supplier for all classes of the eni FIM Superbike World Championship having won the tender organized by Dorna, promoter and organizer of the World Championship, in agreement with the FIM, the International Motorcycling Federation.

Fri, 24 Aug 2012At Brno today Valentino Rossi had a positive session in free practice, finishing closer and within half a second of the fastest time set by Dani Pedrosa. With a best of 1:57.315 and only .457 off Pedrosa's 1:56.858 lap. But it's not just the time that is encouraging, it's the first time in a long while that Rossi has looked more like his old self on the Desmosedici. "I’m happy because we went pretty well today, and in particular, the gap to the front makes us fairly optimistic," Rossi said after free practice.
