Hello I'm selling my 2008 ducati 848 with around 10,000 miles on it asking $6,500. major $1,250 maintenance service done around june 2016. Including timing belt replacement, cam timing adjustment, air filter change, coolant change, oil and oil filter change, chain cleaning and lube. Pictures show 1198 but it is a true 848 decals were changed, some parts of the bike were painted from silver to black to make the bike look better (swing arm, clutch and brake levers, passenger pegs, kickstand). Asking $6,500 Thank contact me if interested. Please no low ballers I know what this bike is worth. I am not in a rush to sell just got a bigger bike and I'm looking to get rid of this one. WSBK Racing Game Announced for Mobile Devices
Tue, 12 Nov 2013Italian software developer Digital Tales is producing the first fully-licensed World Superbike Championship video game for mobile devices. The WSBK mobile game for tablet and smartphone devices was introduced at the 2013 EICMA show, with racers such as Pata Honda‘s Michel Fabrizio and two-time defending Superstock 1000 Champion Sylvain Barrier demonstrating the game for EICMA visitors. Digital Tales previously produced a MotoGP game in 2010 and the Ducati Challenge game for iOS devices.
2012 FIM Road Racing Homologation List Released – Ducati 1199 Panigale Not Listed
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The International Motorcycling Federation has released a list of homologated motorcycles for the 2012 Superbike, Supersport, Superstock and Formula Endurance World Endurance championships. The list includes all the motorcycles that are allowed to compete in each of those world championships. Notable for its absence however is the new 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale.
Italy Recognizes Cultural Importance of Ducati Museum
Wed, 18 Jan 2012Italy’s Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities has granted official recognition to the Ducati Museum in Bologna, Italy, for it’s cultural significance. The Museo Ducati‘s archives have been deemed to be of such cultural importance, they deserve to be part of Italy’s national archive. First opened in June 1998, the museum houses documents form Ducati‘s technical archive as well as a vast collection of engines and motorcycles.
