Hello I'm selling my 2008 ducati 848 with around 10,000 miles on it asking $6,500. major $1,250 maintenance service done around june 2016. Including timing belt replacement, cam timing adjustment, air filter change, coolant change, oil and oil filter change, chain cleaning and lube. Pictures show 1198 but it is a true 848 decals were changed, some parts of the bike were painted from silver to black to make the bike look better (swing arm, clutch and brake levers, passenger pegs, kickstand). Asking $6,500 Thank contact me if interested. Please no low ballers I know what this bike is worth. I am not in a rush to sell just got a bigger bike and I'm looking to get rid of this one. Thu, 10 Mar 2022Fast Facts Lightweight carbon wheels STM-EVO SBK dry clutch Matte Black Winter Test livery MSRP $39,500 Ducati's "Ultimate Racetrack Machine" As we had previously reported last month, Ducati is introducing a new Panigale V4 SP2, a numbered series production model it bills as “The Ultimate Racetrack Machine.” Internationally, the SP2 is a 2022 model, but for North America, it will arrive in dealerships in the fourth quarter as a 2023 model. A follow up to 2021’s SP model, the SP2 takes all the updates the Panigale V4 and V4 S received for 2022, and adds a number of upgrades to make it worthy of the “Sport Production” label and $39,500 price tag. These upgrades include carbon wheels, Brembo Stylema R calipers, MCS radial master cylinder, STM-EVO SBK dry clutch, lightened 520 chain, billet Rizoma footpegs and a matt black Winter Test livery.
2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale Makes Racing Debut
Tue, 06 Mar 2012The 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale made its worldwide racing debut this past weekend, winning a race in Spain and scoring a pole position and a pair of podium finishes in South Africa. Ducati‘s latest sportbike isn’t due to make its international racing debut until the Superstock 1000 Cup race, April 1 at Italy’s Imola circuit, but the 1199 has already found success in domestic racing. Ismael Bonilla (pictured above) of EMS Competicion scored the Panigale’s first win in the opening race of the Castellano-Manchego Championship in Spain at the Albacete circuit last weekend.
Audi Poised to Buy Ducati
Mon, 12 Mar 2012German automaker Audi is reportedly in exclusive discussions with Investindustrial to acquire Ducati. British automotive publication CAR Magazine cites high-level sources within Audi in reporting the car maker has won first dibs to negotiate a deal. Audi reportedly has until mid-April to decide whether to buy out Ducati.
