Ducati Superbike description

Since my job keeps me away for most of the year, I am selling my 2007 1098s for sale, I am the second owner of the bike. The bike was purchased by the first owner and myself from Jeff Nash down at Advanced Motorsports in Dallas, TX. The bike was complete stock when I purchased it back in 2009, since I have had it I have added the following parts/mods to the bike

- Full Termignoni Exhaust
- Ducati Performance Red Clutch Pressure Plate
- Speedy Moto Stainless Steal Clutch Spring
- Ducati Performance Race Seat (1st GEN)
- CF Clutch Cover
- CF Heal Gaurds.

The stock parts that I have from swamping them out will be included in the sale as well as a battery tender. Also included in the sale will be a bike cover even though this bike was garage kept. The bike has never been to the track it has seen rain because I actually ride in the rain and am not one of those people who just ride when the sun is out. I am selling the bike because I just am gone to often to be able to ride it, when I am home I ride as much as I can and when its in the garage its up on front and rear stands with battery tender charging the battery. The bike rides flawless, I have had no problems with the bike in the time of ownership. The bike will also come with the service workshop CD, owners manual and all keys.

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union in Fayetteville NC currently holds the lien on the title so the bike will have to be paid off in order for the title to be released to the buyer. The pay off of the bike is just a tad over 1600. The bike is also in need of the 7500 mile servicing, I haven't been able to get it up to Ducati Greensboro for the servicing due to the simple fact that I am gone way to much to be able to take it up there for the servicing.

BUYER is responsible for arranging shipping methods if buying out of state, however if you are in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia we can work out a way to meet halfway for pickup.

If you request more photos or a start up video please let me know and I will be happy to send you as many as you want and the start up video as well. Just let me know.

Happy Holidays from Nicky Hayden and Ducati Corse

Thu, 23 Dec 2010

Twas a few days before Christmas when all through the house, not a creature was stirring … except for Nicky Hayden. The Kentucky Kid dropped by Ducati’s head office in Bologna, Italy, but when he arrived, there was no one to be found. No, it wasn’t because of one of those month long holidays Italians are known for.

Ducati Diavel Carbon, with a cherry on top

Sat, 05 Feb 2011

Here at the launch of the Ducati Diavel, there's a Diavel Carbon on display with a few extra Ducati goodies, including the 20mm lower 'Touring' seat. It's trick.. The only thing I'm not so sure about are the wheels, which are black and metal cut finish, as standard on both bikes.
