Ducati Sport Touring description

2009 Ducati Sport Classic GT1000 Touring  --  fully equipped, original condition, 17000 miles

Bike runs very strong; mechanically and cosmetically in very good condition, serviced and ready to go.

Original Ducati GT1000 leather side bags and top case.

Owners manual and tool kit included.

All keys (2 black, 1 red, code card) included.

15000 miles service performed in 2015, Shorai lithium battery. Tires were changed at 13000 miles, see pictures for tread left.

Note that those pictures with the high windshield show the bike with the original size shield. I did cut the original down in several steps until I found a height which does not give you the turbulence at the helm level. This cut down shield is what is on the bike now. If you prefer a higher windshield, different sizes are available from Ducati or aftermarket suppliers.

Clear title and registration in my name.

Contractual stuff:

  • Sale is final, sold as is, where is  -  no warranty, no returns.
  • Nonrefundable deposit of $300 by PayPal. Balance preferred by wire transfer.
  • Pick up only after all money has cleared my bank account.
  • Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer; I am willing to assist a shipper.

Thanks for bidding.

But with the season-opening Qatar round about to begin, the Grand Prix Commission approved new rules establishing a compromise between the new Factory and Open options.

Ducati held its third Global dealer meeting this past weekend where it showed the cards up its sleeve. While Ducati unveiled the highly anticipated Streetfighter 1098, 1198, 1098R Bayliss replica and the M11 to press, it also showed dealers a fifth model. This model is so secret that security asked to see dealers’ mobile phones to make sure no photos were taken.
