Ducati Paul Smart 1000LE description

This is a single owner bike which was always garaged and covered, and occasionally even ridden.
The two-into-one Termignoni exhaust and CPU were the first and most necessary upgrade. The next was the comfort seat.
More recent cosmetic modifications include the cleaning up of the tail with LED lighting, addition of bar-end mirrors, billet aluminum reservoirs all around, frame sliders and exposed belt covers. The clutch plates have also been replaced however the preferred cover was not available.
For the purist or restoration minded the original exhaust can be included in the sale, along with mirrors and other stock parts I have on hand.
The 6000 mile service was recently completed and new Corsa tires fitted.
I have always protected the tank with the cover and found the included tank bag a handy addition when riding anywhere.
All three keys provided.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
I reserve the right to remove this listing in the event a local buyer is successful.

The Emilia region in northern Italy was hit by a 6.0-magnitude earthquake on May 20 and has continued to suffer from aftershocks including a second earthquake on May 29 that briefly halted production at Ducati‘s Bologna factory. In the letter, del Torchio writes about those who have lost their homes in the disasters and expresses thanks for fundraising efforts to help those in need.

Rossi and Hayden Find Improvement but Disappointed with Results

Thu, 01 Mar 2012

The good news for Valentino Rossi is he managed to narrow the gap in lap times between his Ducati Desmosedici and Casey Stoner‘s Honda RC213V. The bad news is other riders improved more than he did. Rossi completed 57 laps and set a time of 2:01.550 on the third and final day of the second MotoGP test at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit.
