Ducati Other tech info
Ducati Other description
This is a bike in excellent condition. This is a high performance cruiser with three riding modes for dialing in the type of performance that changes the horsepower of the motor between 100 and 162 hp and the amount of traction control. Excellent handling and light. It has heated grips, and side panniers for storage. I made only one change to the bike. I added an aftermarket windshield from California Scientific; which reduces wind buffeting substantially. I also have the original windshield.

2010 NCR Millona 16
Wed, 02 Jun 2010Take one Ducati Desmosedici 200+hp engine and put it into a super lightweight NCR chassis and you’ll quite possibly have the world’s fastest and most powerful motorcycle. At 145kg dry weight it’s lighter (even) than a MotoGP bike… The 989cc V4 produces a staggering 200hp @13.800rpm and 116Nm @10.500rpm. We’re going to have a chat with Michele Poggipolini of NCR about this bike, but we strongly suspect it’s a one off special.

Wed, 02 Nov 2011Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.

Checa, who turned 41 just a few days ago, made his debut on the world scene back in 1993, when he took part in the GP 250 championship. In the twenty years that followed, he went on to compete in the 500cc, MotoGP and Superbike championships.
