2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale , 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale 1199cc with 195 HP. I am the second owner. Bike was bought new this year as a left over model in March of 13'. I bought it with 250 miles in May. Currently has 500 miles on it now. Replaced my 848. Garage stored. Have tinted windshield and rear pegs that were never installed. Need to sell. Still under warrenty till Mach of 15'. EICMA 2012: Ducati Unveils Track-Oriented 1199 Panigale R for WSBK Homologation
Mon, 12 Nov 2012Ducati has unveiled a new R version of its 1199 Panigale, providing an upgraded version of the sportbike for World Superbike homologation. Unveiled at the 2012 EICMA Show, the 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale R is based on the S model but with lighter components, ABS standard, a higher-revving engine, an adjustable swingarm pivot and full race kit. The Panigale R’s 1198cc engine receives new titanium con-rods Ducati claims shaves 1.38 pounds off the overall weight.

Bayliss Retires from Motorcycle Testing
Tue, 26 Jun 2012Retired World Superbike Champion Troy Bayliss announced he is retiring once again, this time from his duties as a test rider for Ducati. Bayliss, who retried from racing after winning his third WSBK title in 2008, had been working with Ducati, most notably as a test rider for the Ducati 1199 Panigale. Bayliss tweeted (@TroyBaylisstic) his intention to no longer test on June 23, just hours after beating Valentino Rossi in the finals of the Diavel drag race at World Ducati Week 2012.
