Ducati Diavel AMG Special Edition Live at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show

Your trusty Motorcycle.com news monkey is knee deep in four-wheeled madness helping out with our sister site Autoguide.com‘s coverage of the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show, but thankfully there are some two-wheeled goodies on display here in Germany as well. One of the highlights is the special edition Ducati Diavel AMG, the latest product of the partnership between the Italian motorcycle maker and Mercedes-Benz’ performance arm. European Union Approves Audi Acquisition of Ducati

The European Union has granted approval of Audi‘s acquisition of Ducati, removing any legal barriers to the sale. The approval was expected, but an official decision was nevertheless required before the transaction could proceed. The acquisition was announced in April but the deal was still subject to examination by anti-trust authorities.

New Spy Photos of 2013 Ducati Hypermotard/Multistrada 848

New spy photos have emerged of what appears to be either a Ducati Hypermotard 848 or perhaps an 848 version of the Multistrada. Photos of the new liquid-cooled Ducati emerged last month but these new images show the motorcycle in motion and from the left side. At this point, we’re still not sure if this is Ducati‘s new Hypermotard or Multistrada.
