Ducati Other description

I'm selling my beloved 2008 GT1000 with 7265 miles on it. It's in near perfect condition. Two-tone silver & charcoal body with Termignoni pipes.

I'm the bike's second owner -- bought it from the Ducati dealership in New York with 6698 miles on it in 2012. It's been serviced fully and runs amazingly. Includes all keys and books. The bike is currently registered in NY with a clean title (I just moved to SF).

These bikes are increasingly rare since Ducati stopped making them. The design is 1972 but the insides are all today. This machine will give you goose bumps -- it's magnificent.

I'm begrudgingly selling it because I could use the cash.

The bike is on display at Piston & Chain: 1285 Folsom St at 9th, San Francisco, CA 94103. The shop is open from 12-6pm Tues-Sat.

Serious buyers only.

Ducati officially presented the D|Air-compatible version of the Mulitstrada 1200, which claims to be the industry’s first motorcycle wirelessly connected to a wearable airbag. Available only for Europe, the Ducati Multistrada 1200 S Touring D|Air combines onboard sensors and Dainese‘s D|Air Street motorcycle jacket airbags into one integrated safety system. A joint project between Ducati and Dainese, the Multistrada 1200 S Touring D|Air uses two triple-axis accelerometers mounted to the fork bottoms and another two mounted under the seat with a D|Air electronic control unit.

2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale Recalled in Canada – US Recall Likely to Follow

Fri, 15 Jun 2012

Transport Canada has issued a recall notice for the 2012 Ducati 1199 Panigale due to an incorrect screw used in the rear suspension. At this point, the recall is only in Canada and the U.S.’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not yet issued a similar recall, but considering Ducati North America operates in both countries, a U.S. recall is likely to follow in the next week.

2023 Ducati Streetfighter V4, V4 S, and V4 SP2 First Look

Thu, 20 Oct 2022

We're always fighting in the streets Did we really need the Ducati Streetfighter V4 to be even trickier and more refined than the one that won last year’s Open Nakeds Shootout with ease? The one that out-horsepowered even the mighty Kawasaki Z H2 – 177 rear-wheel horses to 163? Actually there was room for improvement, as the mighty V4 S finished third in the Track portion of that seven-bike slugfest.
