Ducati Other description

Purchased this early this year, but have developed some health issues that force me to sell.  Monoposto.  Salvage title. Actual mileage unknown, although I do know that the odometer is incorrect.  As soon as I purchased it in Oregon, I took it to Ace Motorsports in Concord, California, for a full $1000 service and a new master cylinder. (I've got the receipts.) Also had the warranty tank replacement done. Less than 200 miles since the service. Termignoni exhaust. I'll throw in a dust cover, a loading rack in case you want to haul it in your pickup, and a battery charger, all purchased new shortly after I bought the bike. I only have one black key.  I do have the original rear fender.

You pay for shipping.  I will help you arrange shipping and will even deliver to a shipping agent within 50 miles of my location in the East Bay in California.

A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 48 hours of auction's end via PayPal.  I will not accept money orders or personal checks for the remaining balance. A certified cashiers check or bank wire through US Bank is acceptable. And of course, cash in person at the time of pickup is acceptable.

Lastly, I will not ship the bike until all funds have cleared at my bank.  There are no warranties expressed or implied and I do not accept returns.

2015 Ducati Monster 821 Revealed

Wed, 28 May 2014

Just over six months after Ducati revealed its Monster 1200 at EICMA, the Italian manufacturer announced another new liquid-cooled member to its naked roadster line. Sharing the same 90° V-Twin engine as the Hyperstrada and Hypermotard, the new Monster 821 shares many design cues with its 1198cc sibling. The 821cc Testastretta 11° engine, claiming 112 hp and 65.9 ft-lb., is housed in a steel trellis frame similar to that on the Monster 1200.

Could the V20E Project be Ducati's first electric streetbike? Last fall, Ducati revealed nine new models over a series of online “World Première” events. That’s an impressive slate of new models, but it looks like Ducati isn’t done yet, announcing three more presentations to come, on Feb.

2014 WSBK – Phillip Island Results

Sun, 23 Feb 2014

When he signed with the team, Eugene Laverty said he would give all he possibly could to bring Suzuki back to the top of the podium once again. Well, it sure didn’t take the Northern Irishman long to accomplish that goal, winning the very first race of the 2014 season at Australia’s Phillip Island course. The win was Laverty’s third in a row, including the final two races of the 2013 season when he raced for Aprilia.
