Ducati Other description
Vintage 1972 Ducati Scrambler 250 Project or Parts Bike - Road Bevel Bike is in overall decent condition. It is missing the motor and rear wheel. Front wheel is the original Akront. I believe this is a 1972 model, as the frame number should dictate. This would be a great project for a desert sled or to restore to stock. Buyer to pay $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the end of the auction. Balance due within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made. Buyer to arrange shipping or pick up from Tucson, AZ. I can deliver within a reasonable distance for a fee. |

2014 Ducati 899 Panigale Revealed
Mon, 09 Sep 2013Traditionally, Ducati saves its big reveals for the EICMA Show in November in its native Italy, but with the company now under the helm of Audi, we will have to start looking to Germany for the major announcements. Case in point is the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show where today Ducati officially pulled the covers off its new 899 Panigale, revealing a new “Supermid” version of the 1199 Panigale using the same monocoque frame concept and Superquadro 90-degree V-Twin engine design. Our own Troy Siahaan will be attending the press launch, so check back soon for his review.
Intermot 2012: 2013 Ducati 848 EVO Corse Special Edition Announced
Tue, 02 Oct 2012We expected more from Ducati at the 2012 Intermot show as the Italian manufacturer makes its first appearance at the Cologne show under its new German owners at Audi and the Volkswagen Group. Instead, Ducati chose to keep its juiciest reveals for its home market at EICMA in November while revealing a number of color updates to returning models at Intermot. Ordinarily, we’d call this disappointing but one look at the 2013 Ducati 848 EVO Corse changed our minds.

AMG released a brief statement saying, explaining the split and saying it we never in the running to purchase Ducati: “Since the end of 2010 a successful marketing cooperation has existed between AMG and Ducati. The company takeover by a rival car manufacturer has understandably resulted in the end of any further collaboration.
