Selling a 2012 Ducati Monster 696 ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM. I bought this bike in June of 2012. It only has 2901 mis on it. Never been dropped. Installed a termingnoni carbon fiber exhaust system, rizoma mirrors. I still have to original mirrors. Also a fourteen tooth front sprocket was installed to make the bike run better in the city track. Have had every service that is required performed at South Seas. Asking 9000 or OBO. Ducati Manchester's Robbie Brown is about to take on the biggest challenge of the year as he enters World Superstock 1000 as a wildcard at two rounds. The 848 Challenge series leader is standing in for Alexey Ivanov and will ride the Ducati Panigale at Brno, Czech Republic on 22/07/2012 and Silverstone, UK 05/08/2012. Robbie has taken 6 wins in the series so far and worked up a commanding 62.5 point advantage in the series to his nearest rival in 2nd position.

EICMA 2012: Ducati Unveils Track-Oriented 1199 Panigale R for WSBK Homologation

Ducati has unveiled a new R version of its 1199 Panigale, providing an upgraded version of the sportbike for World Superbike homologation. Unveiled at the 2012 EICMA Show, the 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale R is based on the S model but with lighter components, ABS standard, a higher-revving engine, an adjustable swingarm pivot and full race kit. The Panigale R’s 1198cc engine receives new titanium con-rods Ducati claims shaves 1.38 pounds off the overall weight.

We’re just days away from the start of the 2014 MotoGP season and one would think it’s a little late for series organizers to make any significant rule changes. At least, one would think that if one were unfamiliar with the political back-and-forths going on between the major manufacturers and MotoGP promoter Dorna. But with the season-opening Qatar round about to begin, the Grand Prix Commission approved new rules establishing a compromise between the new Factory and Open options.
