Ducati Monster description

2010 Ducati Monster 696, blue book lists the 2010 Ducati Mosnter 696cc at $6565, with 5100 miles ridden. But (!) I'm selling it at $5900 with only 3080 miles ridden (as of Sep.18), as I need to sell it fast for an upgrade on another Motorcycle. As simple as that... I bought it last April for $6500 and added Termignoni exhausts & performance ECU, which cost me an extra $1000. I also raised the bar a bit, so that the ridding stile is higher than most Monsters, which is a nice addition, allowing you different styles of ridding depending on where you are (high on cities. low on highways.) I've also added a plate puller, so that you never get a ticket for parking. It is ALWAYS garaged and properly taken care off. it's a light weight motorcycle, so it is very easy to handle and a great bike to start. it gets a lot of looks... thanks to it's sexy Ducati name, mat black, and smoking exhausts, people get pretty fascinated, which I admit, kinda makes you trip :) This is a STEAL!! note - I incidentally broke the left blinker by jumping on it a bit too fast (cosmetics, and cheap to repair) It is available for show and testing at your most convenient time! $5,850.00 2123630120

Been ‘modifyin' the Ranger this weekend, as those Max Power toss-pot types would say. But I haven’t fitted a four-inch diameter penis-substitute tailpipe. No, I’ve made the pick up bed more useful.

Rossi 'training' at his MotoRanch

Mon, 30 Jan 2012

Like Kenny Roberts, Valentino Rossi has got his own ranch where he has built his own private motocross track and dirt oval. The above YouTube video shows Rossi training on the flat-track circuit that makes up his 'MotoRanch' located near his home town of Tavullia. He's shown riding a Yamaha, but that's probably because Ducati don't have themselves a scrambler.

MSF Begins Year-long Real World Motorcycle Safety Study

Fri, 26 Aug 2011

The Motorcycle Safety Foundation has started what it calls the first-ever naturalistic study of motorcycling, with 100 motorcycles equipped with data logging equipment to record real-world riding situations over the course of a year. The information will valuable data that will help shape the MSF’s rider education and rider training program and other safety initiatives. “Our priority with this research is to observe the participants on a day-to-day basis,” says Dr.
