2009 Ducati Monster 696, 2009 Ducati Monster 696 with extremely low miles -- just over 4k!! I believe 4057 to be exact. It's all matte black with a few splashes of carbon fiber. The bike has been well cared for since I've owned it (I'm 2nd owner). Never been dropped, it's in pristine condition! This is a great bike for first-time riders - great amount of power, but still a very comfortable ride. I have owners manual and both sets of keys. I replaced the battery 2 months ago, so the battery is essentially brand new (about 200 miles on it). Registration through May 2014! I've also made a few upgrades to the bike, which I've listed below: -Carbon Fiber upper and lower tank covers (see pics) -Carbon Fiber rear seat cowl -Carbon Fiber vertical pipe cover -NEW brushed aluminum handlebar (looks cleaner than stock) -fender eliminator kit -smoked LED rear taillight I do have a number of the original parts including: upper and lower tank cover, tail light, turn signals that I'd be happy to include with the sale of the motorcycle if you'd like. Wed, 28 May 2014Just over six months after Ducati revealed its Monster 1200 at EICMA, the Italian manufacturer announced another new liquid-cooled member to its naked roadster line. Sharing the same 90° V-Twin engine as the Hyperstrada and Hypermotard, the new Monster 821 shares many design cues with its 1198cc sibling. The 821cc Testastretta 11° engine, claiming 112 hp and 65.9 ft-lb., is housed in a steel trellis frame similar to that on the Monster 1200.

All we were told was the system is a semi-active suspension using Sachs components that adjusts its damping settings to varying riding conditions. Ducati has now provided more information about the DSS technology which will be standard equipment on the three “S” versions of the Multistrada 1200, the Touring model, the sportier Pikes Peak model and the new flagship Granturismo model.
