Ducati Monster description

Black 05 S4R. Carbon fiber everywhere, Zard full system, open clutch cover, red basket and pressure plate, new chain and sprockets, frame sliders, K&N filter, tail chop, plate relocation. runs super strong, could use a tune...stumbles and backfires on decel bit under 3500rpm, and battery is getting long in the tooth. Has a few nicks and such here and there and seat is coming apart at the front in one small spot. All in all a great bike. Pulls hard and is a blast to ride. I have all keys and manuals and a giant stack of dealer service receipts. Desmo quattro 996 superbike engine

This was the sorry looking JHP Ducati after Darren Fry crashed it in qualifying on Sunday before the first race of the championship. Fry broke his coccyx in the crash but, fortunately for Fry, it took around 10 people just over 3 hours to get the bike ready to race, as can be seen in the picture below. Hats off to Darren Fry for racing the bike over the rest of the weekend.
