Ducati Monster description

I bought this bike about two years ago with the intention of restoring it. At the time, the bike ran well. Since then it has sat up and the carbs will need to be cleaned because they stick and it doesn't have a battery. Lost interest in the project and now loosing space so I have to let it go.Could be a great bike with a little bit of attention. That being said it is a Dark edition and has lots of carbon fiber. Here is a list of things it needs: Battery, carbs cleaned, minor oil leak from seal on motor (drips about a drop every few days), tires are starting to dry rot, seals on forks are also starting to rot but aren't leaking yet, the whole bike could use a good cleaning and re greasing, needs new handlebar grips, the speedo has a crack on the lens and the tank has one small nick in the paint about the size of a skittle.
Pros: other than a minor seat tear its in pretty good cosmetic shape, it has aftermarket Rizoma bars and mounts, and an aftermarket exhaust.

Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.

This weekend, the MotoGP circus makes its way to the United States for round two of the world championship, held at the stunning new Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, the first time the track will host a world championship level motorcycle event. Expect to see the world’s fastest racebikes reach speeds over 200 mph on the 1 km (0.62-mile) back straight, and bring ear plugs — these bikes are loud! Fresh off a 1-2 finish in the season opener in Qatar, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi are looking to carry the momentum to CotA.
