2013 Ducati Hypermotard 821. This bike is amazing! It is in excellent shape with only 7950 miles on it. It comes with removable hard saddle bags and the windshield conversion. All of the included extras are factory Ducati parts. The original parts are also included. The bike has been very well taken care of, as all Ducatis should be, and treated with the utmost respect. Never mistreated. I save the aggression for my race bike, which is why I am selling the Hyper. I need to fund my racing hobby. Please call or text with any questions. Ducati Announces Multistrada 1200 with D-Air Integration for Europe
Mon, 24 Mar 2014Ducati announced it is introducing a special Multistrada D-Air model, what the company calls the world’s first motorcycle fully integrated with an airbag-equipped riding jacket. Working with riding apparel maker Dainese, Ducati developed the Europe-only Multistrada variant to use its existing built-in sensors to detect an accident as it happens. Within 45 milliseconds after detecting an accident, the Multistrada wirelessly sends signals to the Dainese D-Air jackets worn by the rider and/or passenger, activating their airbags to reduce the risk of injury from the impact.
Audi Reports Ducati’s Q2 2014 Sales Results
Fri, 08 Aug 2014Ducati sold 26,740 motorcycles worldwide during the first half of 2014, up 2.9% from 25,982 motorcycles sold in the same period last year. Sales revenue however saw a drop of 2.2% in the opening six months of the year. According to the second quarter report from its parent company Audi, Ducati saw increased demand in the U.S.
Saltarelli Classic Ducati Collection Up for Auction
Tue, 17 Jan 2012One of the world’s largest private collections of Ducati motorcycles is going on the auction block. Former Ducati factory test rider, racer and dealer Carlo Saltarelli is selling his collection of classic motorcycles at RM Auction‘s biennial auction in Monaco on May 11-12 during the Grand Prix of Monaco Historique. Saltarelli’s collection includes 100 motorcycles including a 1970 ex-Works Ducati 450 Desmo Corsa which was featured in the Ducati museum in Bologna, Italy.
