2024 Ducati DesertX Rally Review – First Ride

Rallying the troops for a rip through Morocco Photos by Alex Photo. Not having children of my own, nor many in my close circle for that matter, I forget how seeing the unadulterated enthusiasm and joy from a child can brighten up one’s entire day. Of course, when it’s due to a group of motorcycles roaring through their small town in the desert outside Marrakech, that joy makes an incredible experience that much more memorable.

Really this sort of thing is Forsyth's thing. Although I'm probably wrong saying that and the old man will berate me for posting pictures of a Ducati with a bastardised engine. That it may be, but it's a serious bit of handywork...

Ducati Diavel Carbon, with a cherry on top

Here at the launch of the Ducati Diavel, there's a Diavel Carbon on display with a few extra Ducati goodies, including the 20mm lower 'Touring' seat. It's trick.. The only thing I'm not so sure about are the wheels, which are black and metal cut finish, as standard on both bikes.
