Yardboxx was established in 2013 as an expansion to an existing retail store that has been serving the consumer since the early 1990's. As a family owned and operated business our combined experience with in store and online sales total over 30 years. The standards we have set are high in regards to product quality, shipping time and overall customer experience and satisfaction. As an online retailer, we take pride in offering our customers the widest variety of products and our direct access to manufacturers and global distribution centers ensures us the best possible prices in the market.

Payment

• We accept PayPal payments only.
• Please checkout & make payment as soon as possible. Payments not received within 5 days are subject to a non-paying bidder case.

Shipping

• We only ship to PayPal confirmed address
• Orders are shipped with in 24 hours of payment clearing PayPal
• Orders are shipped out using the United States Postal Service (USPS)
• We ship Monday through Saturday, with the exception of federal holidays when USPS does not work
• If you require shipping via Fedex, UPS or DHL please contact us prior to get a shipping quote
• No local pick-ups at this time

Returns

• Customer is responsible for all return postage fees
• Defective items must be notified within 3 days of the date you received it. We will verify receive date with the tracking number provided by the USPS
• All defective claims will be reviewed upon arrival at our facility and can take from 5-10 business days to process
• Any item being returned that is not defective must be notified with in 72 hours and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
• All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please be aware that if any return package comes back damaged we will not be able to refund you for your purchase (Make sure the product you are returning is packaged correctly).
