Shipping Information for Domestic Orders

• For multiple item orders please request an invoice before paying. We need to reconfigure the package weight to give you the best shipping rate possible. 
• Domestic orders are usually shipped within one business day, Monday through Friday, unless stated otherwise in our Vacation Settings

Shipping Information for International Orders

• International shipping costs can be figured in the Shipping Calculator below, however the weights given are estimated.  For the best shipping rate possible, please request and invoice.  We will pack your order and give you the exact weight of the package.
• Package tracking is not offered for International First Class Mail.  If you wish to have online tracking please choose USPS Priority Mail International.
• International orders are usually shipped in one business day, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise stated in our Vacation Settings.
• Please note that our shipping fees do not include any customs fees that may be incurred. 

Payments accepted

• I accept balance transfers, e-checks and credit cards through Paypal.
• Payment upon Pick up is also available.
• Non-paying bidders will be reported.

Returns

• You must inform us within three days of arrival that you wish to return your shipment.
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for refund.
• All sales are final after the 14 days.
• All refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping, Customs and finance fees are not refundable. 
• Buyer must pay for the return shipment cost.
• We advise that items returned should be sent insured to ensure their safe arrival.
• Please include shipping address in correspondence.
