This is an absolutely gorgeous bike (my dream bike actually).  I am selling it because I am not running a Nonprofit, and my wife just accepted a wonderful new job where the only downside is reduced pay.  Otherwise, this bike would only leave me after my death.

Well cared for low mileage example of type.   The engine runs very strong, documented 30K service at dealer, new brake fluid this year, recent oil change.    The bike has approximatley 37,600 miles on it.

Very nice 2001 R1100SA light with 44,xxx miles. New BMW battery. 42000 mile Service completed, Oil, filter, spark plugs, all brake/clutch fluids replaced as part of service.

 Many after market extras.  New windshield, leather seats, Jessie Bags, crash bar, new grips, LED dash lamps.  Well maintained and runs great.  Overall great condition.  There are some very minor scratches on the tank, and some rust in the joints of the handlebars.  The seat is aftermarket leather and it is a little worn, but is still in relativity good shape and firm. The bike has been dealer (have receipts)//user maintained and runs great there are no mechanical problems.  The tires have quite a bit of tread left.  I am the second owner and have the original owners manual a two keys.  Had BMW dealer perform thorough inspection at 57,434 miles.  59,561 miles now. 2001 r1100rt with about 55,000 miles but I'm still riding.  Bike is in excellent shape and mechanically it works flawlessly.  The bike has Pia lights, gps, rear Hyper lights with led brake and blinker assist and comes with 2 windshields and 2 seats.

This bike is like brand new and is hard to find in pristine condition with low miles.   Of course, you will find a few minor blemishes and nicks here and there due to normal riding.  I tried to show those in the pics.  Clean title, single-owner.   This bike does NOT have ABS brakes. Has always been stored indoors. Has heated grips for when the weather gets colder.   Everything is absolutely up to date and bike is running perfectly except for the front tire.  You may get just  a few hundred miles left unless you ride in the rain (I never did), then I would replace it ASAP.   Hard to imagine a better bike.   Sadly, the bike fell over once in my garage.  Replaced left kick stand, brake handle and shifter.  That was a sad day.   Bike has had all its scheduled services done at a BMW licensed dealer/mechanic and is in absolutely perfect working order.  I have all the maintenance receipts.  The bike only required one repair to the fuel line quick-disconnects.  They were replaced by me.

This auction is for a 2001 BMW R 1100 RT with only 15562 miles!  This bike looks good and runs and drives good. It is completely original. The plastic has some scratches and few little paint chips. The speaker cover panel has 2 little cracks.
