Here is a fairly obscure book from just over 75 years ago under the editor Charles Biro during the anti crime era.  This book is quite flat and tight with only the smallest issues that hold it in the Fine+ category such as upper outside edge crease that doesn't break color, tiny nip off top of spine, mild offset of cover and tiniest nip off lower spine.  Page quality is Cr.  This issue guides at $72 and is $100 at Comic Realm in grade.  This issues appeals to Crime fans, Charles Biro fans and Golden age as well as first issue collecors.   Add to that there are only 11 of them on the CGC census.  Shipping is always free and the book  will be secured between cardboard.  Save me as a seller.  I have many more comic rarities to sell.
