Desperado All Motorcycles in Quebec

I bought this bike in '90 or '91.  It is a 1939 74" Flathead in a late Panhead FL frame (see frame stamp in picture).  Most of the rolling chassis and tranny (4 speed suicide shift) is from the same late 50s early 60s era.

1942 Harley Davidson WLA Police Pack W = Flathead 45 Cubic Inch, side valve engine L= High Compression A= Army Left the factory as a Military Bike, this bike was completely restored into a New Orleans Highway Patrol Bike. It has a Police Package which is the Red and Blue Passing Lamps and the Siren, The electrical system is the original 6 Volt and all the wiring Harnesses have also been redone. It has a 3 Speed Hand Shifter and it is NOT a Suicide Clutch as you must release the Foot Clutch by pressing down on the Heel, it is a dry clutch.
