Custom built 2012 rigid chopper built by Harold McGoo McGruther of Biltwell Inc in Temecula California. Lots of custom work and one off parts machined, welded and massaged to make this bike as perfect as it is. Fully polished 96ci S&S big twin motor. Mikuni HSR42 carburetor with Boyle Custom Moto machined Pinner air filter. Ultima 5 speed transmission matted to Tech Cycle 530 open primary. 2009 Spartan George rigid frame with 30* rake (no stretch in the tubes) 41mm Harley Davidson front end w/ 39mm Sportster trees bored to 41mm. 19" Polished Harley Davidson 9 spoke mags front and rear with 19" x 3.25" front and 19" x 4.00" rear Firearone Deluxe Champion tires. Flyrite Choppers Sprotor rear disc brake / sprocket. Custom metallic paint by Hot Dog Kustoms in Oceanside California. Painted to pay homage to 1970's era Mongoose bicycles Funny Car. Ribbed alloy rear fender with Biltwell Mako tail light frenched into fender. One off aluminum gas tank built by Cole Foster of Salinas Boys and raw Stainless Steel oil bag by Renato Cardone. Biltwell bars, grips and risers with matte finish Kustom Tech hand controls. Custom 70's race car inspired seat hand tooled by Duane Ballard.It would cost almost twice this to build this bike and take numerous years to get all of the parts together. New Stuff: Weise Street Fight Glove

Needless to say race gloves aren’t quite going to fit the bill so Weise have sent in a pair of their Street Fight Gloves. They are light weight and flexible thanks to the stretch panels but do feature double layers of leather in key areas around the palms and fingers.
Custom Choppers for Allstate Insurance by Ness, Perewitz, Fairless Unveiled at Bike Week
Tue, 13 Mar 2012Mega stars of the custom chopper world Arlen Ness, Dave Perewitz and Rick Fairless have each built a one-off custom motorcycle for Allstate Insurance Co. Each bike embodies themes representing Allstate’s involvement in the motorcycle community, like the company’s motorcycle awareness program called Once is Never Enough (ONE), which Fairless incorporated into his design. A fourth motorcycle, a Victory Cross Country customized by Ness, is the grand prize in Allstate’s national sweepstakes (www.allstate.com/motosweepstakes).
