HATE to sell my Baby! But we are buying a cabin in the mountains. Gotta go.... I have a 2010 Florida Custom Chopper Softail, YES, Softail with S&S motor and Trans. Custom built by an engineer and it is PERFECT!!! I have aprox $22,000 in the bike as it sits today. I mostly show the bike and it only has 860 miles on it. Mon, 20 Apr 2009I can’t count how many sunny Saturdays in my adult life I have spent lamenting the fact that yard work took precedent over being able to spend the entire day out riding my motorcycle. Well, instead of wasting time dreaming, a farmer and motorcycle enthusiast managed to find a way to fix this problem by converting an old worn out ride on lawnmower into a chopper that actually, chops. Powered by a 17.5 HP Briggs and Stratton motor, the bike was constructed with the help of an old bed frame, an aluminum running board and parts from two old bikes. Now instead of choosing between going riding or doing yard work, this ingenious inventor can do both!

One of Letterman’s bikes did appear in the September 2008 issue of American Iron Magazine and he also wrote the forward to Paul Teutul Sr.’s new book “The Ride of a Lifetime” so I guess he walks the walk and talks the talk. Florida Gators Motorcycle Charity Raffle
Tue, 04 May 2010If you happen to be a Florida Gators fan and love custom choppers then this is the raffle for you. The custom Purple Chopper motorcycle, is autographed by Coach Urban Meyer and Heisman winner Tim Tebow. The University of Florida Foundation and the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches will receive 100% of the proceeds. The bike will be raffled off at the UF-South Carolina game on November 13th, tickets are $20 apiece and 7,500 tickets will be sold.
