Chopper Chopper description

Here we have the ultimate in cool choppers! Let's start this description with the motor and tranny. This bike has a 2003 HARLEY DAVIDSON crate motor with less than 2000 miles on it! Not only is this a brand new, Harley crate-motor but it is BUILT!!!! Topped off with Screamin' Eagle heads, bored +.005 with domed, forged 11:5-1 pistons; S.E. 254 cam; S.E. 42mm Mikuni Carb (dyno-tuned), and Hi-4 electronic ignition this Scooter screams!!!! Now for the tranny, she has a 5 speed tranny purchased NEW from Harley with a BDL 3" open belt drive. The frame is a hard tail and has a 40 degree rake, backbone stretched 3" and downtubes stretched 6". The paint is a custom candy with candy flames and done by Duley. The front end is very unique and mimics the rigid front ends of the 1970's. To improve ride and handling there are internal springs concealed in the front tubes and the ride is nice. The rear end is completed using a Dayton car wheel with custom knock-off and drive-side rear disc brake. The tank is a Jesse James tank and the bike has just been serviced. Front wheel is 21" and rear is a 230. I believe that you will look a long time before you find a bike like this using 100% HARLEY motor and tranny. If you have any questions you can call me at 636-346-7688. Thanks, jim

Introducing I.R.I.S., the Lococycle, the Artificially Intelligent Motorcycle Assassin

Fri, 15 Mar 2013

Austin, Texas, based Twisted Pixel is developing a new video game featuring a sassy sentient motorcycle martial artist racing down highways and fighting an army of jetpack-equipped special agents. Yes, that sounds pretty silly, but it’s clear Twisted Pixel’s upcoming “LocoCycle” doesn’t take itself too seriously. That being said, the game looks to be quite fun.

New Stuff: Weise Street Fight Glove

Tue, 12 Apr 2011

Summer is coming and we are all planning on getting some aviator-wearing-open-faced-chopper miles in this year. Needless to say race gloves aren’t quite going to fit the bill so Weise have sent in a pair of their Street Fight Gloves. They are light weight and flexible thanks to the stretch panels but do feature double layers of leather in key areas around the palms and fingers.
