- No Known Body Work - Look, this is a 27-year-old motorcycle so it is what it is. There's a slight krinkle in the front fender and that's obviously not the original (flat black) paint. The seat's torn, etc., but you're going to be buying a bike for less than $2K! What do you expect? - Starts Right Up - Much like Bruce Willis in the "Die Hard" movies and the zombies of today's fare the mid- to late-'80s bikes produced by Honda were hard to kill (and sported surprising horsepower for their small-ish size!), and this 1986 VF 700 C Magna is no exception. With a bit of choke at the touch of the starter button it fires right up. Now, we did notice a fork oil leak around the lower legs of the right front fork so a new seal is likely in order before much over-the-road riding gets done. And, to be fair, we don't "officially" service / go through / inspect our non-Harley trade-ins (or bikes in this price range in general) so that's an unofficial opinion and the best bet is to call Brent @ either 1-866-547-4294 or 512-422-0761 to schedule your own inspection!
- Good rubber on this one! The '86 Magna has a brand-new Shinko front tire while the Shinko on the rear still has at least 75% of its tread wear remaining!

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if paying cash or arranging their own financing; customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state under this scenario. Out of state buyers using Cowboy Harley-arranged financing WILL be charged TT&L appropriate to their home state and these taxes/fees will be paid on their behalf. Documentary fees and Texas V.I.T. do apply in either case.
Taxes and Fees
In-state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $50. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction of a pre-owned motorcycle (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first). A $1,000 deposit is required on any new bike. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close, make payment of a security deposit within 3 days (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first), and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a no-contact/non-paying bidder.
