This is a VERY nice Classic Goldwing Aspencade Special Edition that rides as good as it looks. I like the 1200 over the 15 or 1800's as this one is FAR more manageable. The 1200 is only about 725 lbs, compared to about 800 or so for a 1500 or 1800. It may not sound like that much of a difference, and maybe it's how the 1200 is balanced, but it feels WAAAY easier for a guy my size (5' 9"-175 lbs). And something else I've noticed; this bike FEELS more stable at the dreaded 'lower speeds', even on the grass! It rides like a Cadillac, and is a TRUE pleasure to be on. THE SIDE COVER IS NOT SCRATCHED, THAT IS A REFECTION OF THE SUN.
The AM/FM Stereo works and sounds good, I have not tried the CB, the air pump for the suspension works, but doesn't build pressure. This is a common problem with the older wings, but is not a real issue as the air chucks to manually adjust the suspension (front and rear) are VERY easily accessible. I mighty add that in the few months that I have had /ridden this bike, every time I have checked the pressures they are consistently the same, so...no leaks there. The paint looks pretty good for the age, and really has a nice metallic 'pop' to it, a very good color selection by Honda. And as you can see, the brown seat and accents tie the whole 'Luxury' theme together.
There are some MINOR imperfections that can be seen in the pictures, and if one looks close enough, they would see 'other' inclusions as well. I feel that they are not worth 'nit picking', and do not in any way take away from the true beauty of this bike. I will, however, mention this; the engine runs, and sounds VERY good with no visible leaks of any kind. However, when staring it cold, it smokes a TAD BIT for about 3 seconds, but that's it. Minor, but worth mentioning.
Really, this bike is road ready to wherever you want to go with it. There is so much more to say about this bike, but I'm gonna sum it up with these few more words; This is a lot of motorcycle for this price, and somebody is going to get another 50,000 miles out of it (at least). I mean, let's not forget; it is a 4 cylinder Honda! Minor, but worth mentioning.
