We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings. The successful winning bidder will be notified and must contact PETERSON MOTORCARS within twenty-four (24) hours after the auction closes. The winning bidder must submit a non refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 within twenty four (24) hours of the close of the auction; the remaining balance is due within five (5) days of the auction close unless prior arrangements have been made between the parties. Please note that all financial transactions must be completed and clear before delivery of the vehicle, without exception. A $299.00 Dealer Service Fee applies to all sales. Failure to follow these instructions will automatically void your bid, and we reserve the right to relist the vehicle or sell it to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Peterson Motorcars accepts bank wire transfers, cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from approved 3rd-party financial institutions for all our vehicles. In addition, we also accept PayPal for deposits. All funds must be in US dollars only. We DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. All business checks need to be faxed in ahead of time to verify funds.
