Domestic orders placed with Economy shipping will be shipped via Tracked 48 or 2nd class services depending on the size of the order.

We offer expedited domestic shipping for only GBP2.99 and will be shipped via Tracked 24 or 1st class services depending on the size of the order.

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited international shipping, however we can deliver to all European countries within 3-5 working days, and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.

If you no longer want your item, you will have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it to us in an unused, resaleable condition.

If your item has developed a defect through no fault of your own, or arrived damaged, please contact us directly with the details of the problem. We will do our best to assist you in troubleshooting or arranging a refund/replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your item.

If you wish to cancel an order you have made, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellation requests made within one hour of ordering will be honoured.
